Lauren Gembry MS, LPC, ACS, LCADC

Lauren is a licensed professional therapist, certified clinical trauma professional, approved clinical supervisor, licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor and has a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has extensive experience working with the substance abuse and mental health population. She has worked with young children, teens, adults, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and family/couple conflict.

Lauren works from a structured, creative and eclectic standpoint in order to help clients address and overcome their struggles. She aims to help promote long-term changes by addressing the mind, body and spirit. Lauren uses modalities such as, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and family systems to support her evidence-based practice.

Lauren offers individual therapy, family/couples therapy, and works with all ages.

Dave received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Chester University. He went on to receive his master’s degree in counseling psychology from Rutgers University. He is also a certified facilitator for SMART Recovery and SMART Recovery Family & Friends. Dave brings more than 35 years of experience working with adolescents, adults and the geriatric populations suffering from mental health and/or addiction issues that negatively impact their quality of life.

His experience includes partial hospitalization, inpatient, extensive outpatient and residential settings. Dave works from a client-centered, solution focused approach utilizing techniques from Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and REBT in an effort to assist clients to make positive changes. His experience includes individual, group, couples and family therapy. Dave’s goal is always to help individuals and/or couples to discover and implement decisions that are in their own best interest and foster personal growth and development. Dave makes every effort to empower his clientele in an environment that allows them to comfortably share and address their areas of concern.

In his spare time, Dave can be found on a golf course or spending time with family, friends and animals!


Karen milazzo bs, cadc

Karen received her Bachelor's degree in psychology from the College of Staten Island and has worked toward her Master's in Human Behavior at Capella University. Karen holds credentials in multiple states, including New York, Florida, and New Jersey. Karen has over 30 years experience working with mental health and substance abuse. Karen's experience includes various levels of care including long-term residential, intensive outpatient, crisis/stabilization, rehabilitation, and day treatment programming for individuals with chronic mental illness. 

Karen is also a trauma trainer for other counselors. She is also trained in anger and crisis management, domestic violence, and cognitive processing therapy to address PTSD. Karen works to guide individuals through the healing process, while experiencing growth and change. She prides herself in her direct care counseling work with various populations to include adult men and women, dually-diagnosed individuals, children, and young adults and their families.  

Karen works hard to assure best practices and best quality of care for her clients. Karen practices a holistic, person-centered approach to care. She strongly believes in personal resiliency skills and potential for long-lasting change. "We all need to nurture our physical, mental, and emotional self in order to achieve inner peace and live our best life." Utilizing Motivational Enhancement Therapy, she works toward empowering each individual to believe in themselves and begin to trust those around them. 

Karen is a die-hard runner. She loves music, spending time with her family and friends, and looks forward to the next great challenge! 


kathryn “mickey” mezger bs, cadc

Mickey has been actively counseling clients who struggle with substance abuse and mental health issues for 32 years.   She specializes in working with both young and older adult population, along with families and couples, who are challenged daily with these issues and seeking to make positive changes within their lives. Her extensive experience has been gained through working in partial hospitalization, intensive  outpatient, detox and inpatient rehabilitation programs, providing individual, family, couples and group therapy.  She also has extensive experience working with clients who have had legal issues or have been incarcerated due to ongoing addiction issues. She treats those who also suffer with depression, anxiety, low self esteem and other mental health issues that impact their daily living. She has also been trained and educated to provide counseling for those who struggle with both grief and anger management issues.  

She inspires and empowers her clientele to create and implement the use of healthy problem solving skills and coping skill techniques for self-improvement.   Mickey primarily uses cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution based therapies/techniques to guide the patient to embrace change and meet their personal goals.


RACHEL LABARRE MA, LAC, NCC, MT-BC

Rachel holds a dual masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy from Immaculata University. She is a licensed associate counselor, nationally certified counselor, and board-certified music therapist. She has experience working with a variety of populations including children with intellectual disabilities, individuals with traumatic brain injuries, inpatient psych, and private practice. She spent the last 5 years working in hospice where she aimed to bring comfort to and improve the quality of life for her patients and their families.

Rachel is dedicated to meeting her clients where they're at and empowering them to achieve their full potential. Through her work, she helps individuals to identify and communicate their thoughts and feelings, foster positive change, and find a sense of peace in difficult times. She utilizes elements from person-centered, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy in order to best meet the needs of the individual. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her beloved golden retriever, Rosie.


Tiffaney Ring MA, LAC, NCC, SAC, LCADC

Tiffaney received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Widener University, and went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Addiction Studies. She holds a Student Assistance Coordinator Endorsement from Monmouth University, is a licensed associate counselor, a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor and a nationally certified counselor. Tiffaney has experience working with young children, adolescents and adults, who struggle with a multitude of mental health and/or addiction issues that impact their day to day living. 

Tiffaney’s experience in the field extends to partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, private practice and medicated assisted therapy settings.

Tiffaney works from an individualized approach utilizing insightfulness and client rapport to create unique treatment approaches for each client. She incorporates techniques from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, Gestalt, and mindfulness to help create change in clients. Tiffaney hopes to help individuals address their mental health and/or addiction issues in order to live a manageable, more comfortable daily life. Tiffaney wants the best for her clients and wants them all to succeed with whatever they aspire for. Tiffaney emphasizes a no-judgment environment, and wants all individuals to feel comfortable and able to speak on anything that they may want to address.

On the weekends, Tiffaney enjoys spending time with friends or family!
