Lauren Gembry MS, LPC, CCTP, ACS, LCADC

Lauren is a licensed professional therapist, certified clinical trauma professional, approved clinical supervisor, licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor and has a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has extensive experience working with the substance abuse and mental health population. She has worked with young children, teens, adults, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and family/couple conflict.

Lauren works from a structured, creative and eclectic standpoint in order to help clients address and overcome their struggles. She aims to help promote long-term changes by addressing the mind, body and spirit. Lauren uses modalities such as, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and family systems to support her evidence-based practice.

Lauren offers individual therapy, family/couples therapy, and works with all ages.


ALESSANDRA KRAUSZER MS, LPC, CCTP

Allie received her master’s degree in counseling from Cairn University and is a licensed professional counselor in New Jersey. As a trained mental health clinician, Allie seeks to help support all her clients receive the care and skills they need to establish and accomplish their respective goals. Allie has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is adept at listening to her client’s needs and helping them cultivate change in their lives, and she does this by fostering a safe environment that allows for them to feel comfortable, heard, and supported.

Allie is experienced in working with clients with a myriad of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. In addition, Allie works with individuals with chronic illnesses such as Type 1 Diabetes. Allie has a deep understanding of the impact a chronic illness has on an individual’s mental and emotional wellbeing and seeks to support her client in learning to cope and live their lives to the fullest.

Allie uses a variety of modalities in her therapy sessions and seeks to utilize the best evidence-based practices that suit the needs of her clients on an individual basis. She is well equipped to work with talk therapy, play and art therapy, and uses mindfulness and motivational interviewing in her sessions. She also works from a strengths-based perspective, using individuality and creativity to help clients find the strength to make changes.

Auralice is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of New Jersey. She received a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University and also has a Masters in Economic and Political  Development from Columbia University. Auralice has experience working at Princeton University's Counseling and Psychological Services and at High Focus Centers, in the IOP and PHP programs. She has experience working with a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety and social anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, relationship issues, and grief and loss. Auralice also has a deep understanding of international and cultural issues, including climate anxiety.

Auralice practices a mix of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches. She is dedicated to providing clinical interventions and mental health skills-building to diverse populations, including students, educators, parents/caregivers, and families and couples.


 david curtis MA

Dave received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Chester University. He went on to receive his master’s degree in counseling psychology from Rutgers University. He is also a certified facilitator for SMART Recovery and SMART Recovery Family & Friends. Dave brings more than 35 years of experience working with adolescents, adults and the geriatric populations suffering from mental health and/or addiction issues that negatively impact their quality of life.

His experience includes partial hospitalization, inpatient, extensive outpatient and residential settings. Dave works from a client-centered, solution focused approach utilizing techniques from Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and REBT in an effort to assist clients to make positive changes. His experience includes individual, group, couples and family therapy. Dave’s goal is always to help individuals and/or couples to discover and implement decisions that are in their own best interest and foster personal growth and development. Dave makes every effort to empower his clientele in an environment that allows them to comfortably share and address their areas of concern.

In his spare time, Dave can be found on a golf course or spending time with family, friends and animals!


DIANE THOMPSON-HENRY MS

Diane is currently pursuing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Grand Canyon University, where she also earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Counseling Association and the International Association of Marriage and Family Counseling.

Diane offers a faith-based, person-centered approach to therapy, emphasizing empathy, congruence, and unconditional regard. Her practice is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, with Play Therapy for children. She works with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and more.

Diane believes in creating a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and work toward self-awareness and acceptance. Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time with her four sons, two cats, and engaging in activities like yoga, martial arts, and cooking.
